Subscriptions
- All subscription payments are non-refundable.
- Since our service is digital and accessible immediately, we cannot provide refunds once a subscription is active.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@audio2text.me.
- When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.
